Ja, Frost war ein großer Humorist. Hierzulande kennt man ja eher seine gravitätischen Gedichte ("Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening"), aber er ist auch einer der humorvollsten Autoren, die ich kenne.
Frost den Epigrammatiker und Aphoristiker habe ich auch erst vor kurzem kennengelernt. Und jetzt frage ich mich, was ich all die Jahre ohne ihn gemacht habe:
"In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life. It goes on."
"Half the world is composed of people who have something to say and can't and the other half who have nothing to say and keep on saying it."
